1st Ed Credit Union opens Greencastle, Pa., branch

GREENCASTLE, Pa. — 1st Ed Credit Union has opened a new branch in Greencastle, Pa.

The new, full-service location is at 526 N. Antrim Way and is part of the Greencastle Market Place shopping center.

The credit union opened its doors in 1938 as Franklin County Teachers Credit Union.

Today, it serves more than 6,200 members, including school employees, students and their families in Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, Fulton and York counties, as well as a growing number of employees from partner companies.

The organization changed its name in 2010 to reflect its approach to serving members and its commitment to the community.
