Brechbill & Helman gets contract for new Summit office building

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — Brechbill & Helman Construction Co. Inc. has been selected as the design-build firm for Summit Health’s new medical office building in the Antrim Commercial Business Park at Exit 3 of Interstate 81 in Franklin County, Pa.

The building will house urgent care on the first floor. The second floor will be physical therapy and timeshare space with the third floor featuring women’s care, ENT and primary care.

The 45,000-square-foot, three-story building also will have a partial basement.

Antrim Design Collaborative, Paragon Engineering, Providence Engineering, and Frederick Seibert & Associates are part of the design-build team.

Construction is scheduled to start in June.
